This site and the rental sold on it are operated by Regulars Film, LLC (“we”, “us”). Buying a rental, or using this site, means you accept what's on this page. If you don't, please don't buy one.

A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream REGULARS on this website for 30 days, starting the moment your payment completes — not at first play. If you buy on a Monday and don't press play until the following week, the clock has still been running.

You are not buying a copy of the film, a download, or any ownership stake in it. The film and everything on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

After paying you'll receive an email with a private link. That link is the key — there is no account and no password, so anyone holding it can watch the film. Treat it like a ticket and don't post or forward it.

Lost it? You can send it to yourself again — it only ever goes to the address that paid.

We count how many times a link is opened, and we may rate-limit or disable one that shows signs of being shared widely. We'll email you before disabling a link wherever we reasonably can.

A rental costs $6.99 USD. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — your card details go to them, never to us, and we never see or store a card number.

Prices may change for future purchases; the price shown when you buy is the price you pay.

Don't record, screen-capture, download, re-upload, or otherwise copy the film. Don't show it publicly — a rental covers you and the people watching with you at home, not a screening, a venue, a class, or a broadcast. Don't attempt to bypass, disable or probe any part of the playback or access controls on this site.

If you want to screen REGULARS for an audience, we'd genuinely like to hear from you — email regularsfilm@gmail.com and we'll talk.

We want the film to play every time you press play, but we can't promise uninterrupted service — playback depends on your connection, your device, and third-party services we rely on. If something on our side stops you watching and we can't put it right, see the refund policy.

The film and this site are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a rental is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your rental is the one published when you bought it, and the effective date at the top of this page tells you which that is.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where consumer protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which it may.
